Personally, I find being near anyone wearing conventional scents and aftershaves too much. I have let folks go first in the coffee shop queue and walked flights of stairs to avoid being in a lift/elevator with someone who has bathed in eau du synthetics that morning! Over-consumption coupled with toxic ingredients appears to be having a dramatic impact on the nations health. The oil spill is a reminder that self-regulated industries are potentially detrimental for human health and environmental conservation.
